At this time Zigamazoo accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, eChecks and Paypal.

Our Guarantee
We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects. If you receive an imperfect item, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible and we will gladly exchange your item.

For items damaged during shipping please contact the shipping carrier company.

Defective items can be exchanged within 30 days. Please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) from our customer service department.

Items returned without an RMA# will be refused.

After 30 days, items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Shipping info
Items in stock will be shipped within 15 days.
New collections will be shipped between 6 to 8 weeks.
